are you trying to connect your webmail access. but they only send and cannot receive… this is the step you need to change.
Go to Outlook Express/Thunderbird/ or any webmail software
1. In the Main Menu in Webmail Software you can find TOOLS click that
2. Under the menu TOOLS you can find ACCOUNTS click that
3. Go to your Internet Accounts and click and then click Properties
4. and change your smtp ( smtp.smartbro.net)
and now 100% you can receive your mail…
